Internship with the Berkeley County IT Department

Located near the County Commission Office in Blue Ridge CTC.
At my internship with the IT department, the IT Director appointed me to do certain tasks to which I was qualified for. In most instances I was troubleshooting and repairing computers. I also installed many different types of applications to the new computers that were shipped for the counties use only. If I was not assigned work to do for the day I usually did ride alongs with the IT Specialists. During my internship experience I have learned a lot of useful skills that will compliment me in the future. At Blue Ridge Community and Technical College I have so far completed Network +, PC Repair and Troubleshooting, A+ Software, Web Page Design, Administering SQL Server, Principles of Information Technology and Microsoft Office 2007. I plan on taking my CCNA, A+, and Network + Certifications after I get my associates degree at Blue Ridge CTC. Next semester I will be continuing my education for another year to get my MCSE Certificate and to retake the CCNA courses to prepare myself for the certification exam.
