Open to all Blue Ridge CTC students, faculty, and staff, the Blue Ridge Residential Writers Group (BRRWG) provides a forum for creative folks to network with others and share critiques, writing opportunities, and resource recommendations. We strive to write professionally, to meet accomplished authors, and to understand the publishing industry as it functions today.
The fourth Monday of the month, 12:00 noon at the Tech Center in room T22 on the following dates:
January 23; February 27; March 26; April 23
and on the second Wednesday of every month, 12:30 p.m. at the Main Campus in the Atrium on the following dates:
February 8; March 14; April 11; May 9
Bring up to ten pages (doubled spaced) of your polished prose, poetry, and fiction for reading and review. We encourage you to attend the meetings regardless if you have something to share or not. Your view of the works that are presented is just as valuable.
