What is a HTTP Server?
A HTTP server is also known as a web server and it stands for Hyper Text Transfer Protocol. The HTTP server is a program that lives on the computer on the internet.

HTTP is a special form of communication that is used to get a web page from a server to your computer. HTTP sends information from the server to the client.
How is a HTTP server displayed?
A HTTP server, when it is received by the client is displayed in HTML (Hypertext markup language). HTML is also known as the “language of the web”. HTML was created by Tim Berners-Lee who is now the director of W3 Consortium.
